TrackeyAI may process account and identity information supplied through our identity provider, organization and workspace information, product settings, subscription and billing-state references, desktop pairing state, MCP and ChatGPT connection metadata, support communications, and governed-run information created through the product experience.

TrackeyAI is designed to minimize cloud-side product data. The website and cloud control plane exist to support account access, entitlement, billing state, desktop pairing, secure routing, and product support.

TrackeyAI is a local-first governed execution platform. Governed-run data, mission contracts, reports, evidence, workflow records, and related customer work data are primarily stored and processed in the installed TrackeyAI desktop app on the user’s machine.

TrackeyAI’s cloud services are used as a control plane for identity, entitlement, billing-state references, desktop pairing, connection state, secure routing, and limited operational metadata. TrackeyAI does not operate the cloud gateway as a general cloud datastore for governed customer work data.

If a user chooses to transmit, export, back up, or provide local data through a TrackeyAI feature or support process, TrackeyAI may process the information needed to complete that user-authorized action.

When you connect TrackeyAI to ChatGPT, ChatGPT may send user-authorized requests to TrackeyAI through a secure MCP connection.

TrackeyAI uses the MCP connection to authenticate the user, check entitlement, determine desktop pairing and online status, route authorized requests, and return information needed to complete the requested action.

You can disconnect TrackeyAI from ChatGPT through ChatGPT app or connector settings. Disconnecting the app stops future ChatGPT access through that connection, but it does not automatically delete your TrackeyAI account or local desktop data.

Stripe processes payment-card information. TrackeyAI does not store full payment-card numbers.

TrackeyAI receives billing-state and subscription evidence from Stripe, such as customer identifiers, subscription status, plan status, trial status, invoice references, and payment status. TrackeyAI uses this information to determine product access and administer subscriptions.

TrackeyAI, not Stripe, is the product-access authority for the application.

TrackeyAI uses information to authenticate users, create and manage accounts, operate the TrackeyAI website, desktop app, and connected app experience, check trial and subscription status, pair and route authorized desktop connections, provide customer support, secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal, accounting, tax, and security obligations.

TrackeyAI does not sell personal information to advertisers.

TrackeyAI uses service providers and processors that help operate the product. These may include identity and authentication providers, payment processors including Stripe, Cloudflare and other hosting or infrastructure providers, email and customer support providers, logging or reliability providers where configured, OpenAI or ChatGPT connection services when you connect TrackeyAI to ChatGPT, and professional advisors or legal authorities where required by law.

Those providers may process and retain operational, security, identity, payment, hosting, routing, or support metadata according to their own policies and our service configuration.

TrackeyAI retains account, organization, workspace, entitlement, pairing, subscription, purchase, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service, administer billing, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support users.

TrackeyAI does not currently maintain a separate long-term application log archive for ordinary website or gateway traffic. Operational, security, identity, payment, hosting, routing, and support metadata may be processed and retained by service providers such as Cloudflare, Auth0, Stripe, OpenAI or ChatGPT, hosting providers, and email or support providers according to their policies and our service configuration.

Local governed-run, report, mission-contract, evidence, and workflow data remains on the user’s device unless the user chooses to transmit, export, back up, or provide it through a TrackeyAI feature or support process.

Depending on your account and product configuration, you may be able to disconnect TrackeyAI from ChatGPT in ChatGPT app settings, revoke or re-pair a TrackeyAI desktop connection, cancel or manage your subscription through the billing flow, delete or export local governed-run data from the TrackeyAI desktop app where supported, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information.

TrackeyAI uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

TrackeyAI’s desktop connection model is designed so the public internet does not receive direct access to the user’s local TrackeyAI service. Authorized requests are routed through the secure TrackeyAI connection model after authentication, entitlement checks, and pairing checks.

No system is completely secure, and users remain responsible for securing their own devices, accounts, passwords, local files, and backups.

TrackeyAI is not intended for children under 13 or for users who are not permitted to use the service under applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
